The Web Project Manager (WPM) is our Web
professional who analyses a customer's requirements so that their Website
project can be thoroughly planned and devised.
In the execution phase he organises and co-ordinates project resources,
monitors the various phases of each job and coordinates the other members
of his expert team.
The Web Project Manager's aim is to make sure that the design and setup of each customer's site corresponds precisely to a visitor's needs, enabling him or her to find, as quickly and effectively as possible, all the information about the customer company, its vision, its organisation and the products and services it offers.
